The existing one-story building (approx. 1100 m²) is being cleared to make way for an exciting new L-shaped structure! 🚧 But what’s coming next? A modern, multi-level building with a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors—spanning around 1840 m².

What’s on the ground floor? 🏗️
High-ceiling spaces for vehicle entry, like inspection bays, workshops for assembly, electronics, hybrid, and milling. Plus, four 108 m² workshops for mechatronics and foundational work, storage, changing rooms, and a staff area. 🚗💡 And right next to the current four-story building, we’ll add a community area and cafeteria for everyone to enjoy! 🍽️

Wondering about the basement? 🤔 It’s designed for covered vehicle storage, just below the larger workshops.

Moving upstairs, the first floor will feature seven workshops, classrooms, and teachers’ offices. 📚 And what about the second and third floors? 28 classrooms, communal spaces, and more staff areas—perfect for learning and collaboration! 🌟

And let’s not forget the gymnasium! 🏀 With a 1830 m² footprint, it will include a regulation-sized 25m x 45m court, changing rooms, storage, and staff facilities. The upper floor? Four more changing rooms and a potential gallery space. 🎉 And yes, the gym will be ready for hosting events with its own separate entrance. 🏆

Először is, a földszinten hatalmas terek lesznek, ahová akár autók is behajthatnak! 🚗 Itt lesznek szerelőműhelyek, elektronikai és mechatronikai műhelyek, sőt, még hibrid és maróműhelyek is. Szóval, ha érdekelnek az autók vagy a gépészet, akkor ez a hely neked való! 💡 És mi még? Közösségi tér és egy menza, ahol együtt lehet lazítani a többiekkel! 🍔

Az első emeleten hét új műhely és tantermek lesznek, ahol kényelmesen lehet majd tanulni. 📚 A második és harmadik emelet pedig összesen 28 tantermet kap, tele közösségi terekkel és tanári szobákkal. Itt tuti, hogy mindenki talál majd egy helyet, ahol jól érzi magát! 🌟
